Organizer Agreement

This agreement is between Myriad Technology Group, LLC ("Quest") and the organization that creates an event and sells tickets ("you", the organizer). Attendees buy tickets from you. Quest provides the platform.

Your event

You are responsible for the event: the description, the time, the venue, the ticket types, the price, and the refund rules you set. You will admit holders of a valid ticket. You will not list an event you are not authorized to sell.

Money

Attendees pay Quest's Stripe account. Quest does not store card numbers. Quest charges a platform fee on the order. A full refund reverses that fee, so Quest keeps nothing from a fully refunded order. A partial refund keeps the stamped fee. Payout of the organizer's share is manual until Stripe Connect is available. The fee rate is the one in effect for your organization when the order is placed.

Content

You keep ownership of the text and images you upload. You give Quest permission to host and display them so the event can be sold and attendees can enter. You represent that you have the rights to that material. Quest may remove a cover or logo that infringes someone else's rights and will tell you when it does. Repeat infringement can close the organization.

Attendee data

You receive the attendee details needed to run the event. You will use them for that event, not for an unrelated mailing list. Quest's Privacy Policy describes what Quest collects.

Acceptable use

You will not use the platform to sell anything other than admission to your event, and you will not attempt to see another organization's data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Myriad Technology Group, LLC is not liable for how you run the event, and your liability to Quest for a claim about your content or your event is not capped by the platform fee. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
