Privacy Policy
Version 1.0
Effective 2026-10-08
Myriad Technology Group, LLC ("Quest") operates the Quest ticketing platform. This policy describes the personal information the product actually collects, where it goes, and the choices you have. The mailing address is 150 Fayetteville St. STE 300, Raleigh, NC 27601. Contact support@questtix.com.
Information we collect
- Account: name, email address, and a password hash. We do not store the password itself.
- Orders and registrations: the buyer name, email, optional phone, ticket type, and the amount charged. The order total is the amount Stripe charges.
- Images organizers upload (event covers and logos), stored in Supabase Storage.
- IP addresses in server logs and in the rate-limit counters that protect sign-in and the contact form. IP addresses are not written to the audit log.
- A support message you send from the contact form: your name, email, topic, and message.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising.
Who processes it
- Stripe processes payments. Quest does not store card numbers.
- SendGrid sends transactional email (sign-in links, ticket confirmations, invitations, and replies to the contact form).
- Supabase hosts the database and stored images.
- Gigalixir hosts the application.
- Sentry receives error reports from the server. Those reports are not a recording of your screen or keystrokes.
- Plausible provides cookieless analytics on the production site. It does not use cookies and it is not loaded on organizer pages. Staging is not tracked.
Cookies
Quest uses one essential session cookie, `_events_key`. It keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. There is no advertising cookie and no cookie banner, because the only cookie is the one the site needs to work. If a later tool sets a non-essential cookie, this section will change first.
Retention
- Account data is kept while the account exists. You can ask us to delete it.
- Orders and registrations are kept for as long as Myriad Technology Group, LLC needs them for the event, refunds, and tax records. The signed policy will name the period.
- Server logs and rate-limit counters are short-lived operational data.
- Sentry error reports follow Sentry's retention for the project.
- A contact-form message is kept in the support mailbox.
Your choices
If you are a resident of California or another US state with a privacy law, you can ask Myriad Technology Group, LLC to know, delete, or correct personal information we hold, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Quest does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context advertising. Send the request to support@questtix.com. We will confirm we can match the request to your account before changing it.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or buy a ticket if you are under 13.
