Refund Policy

Who decides

The organizer of an event sets the refund rules for that event. Quest is the platform. Quest does not decide that an event's tickets are refundable or for how long.

What a refund does

Payments are processed by Stripe. Quest does not store card numbers.

• A full refund returns the amount charged and reverses Quest's platform fee. Quest keeps nothing from that order.
• A partial refund returns the amount the organizer refunded and keeps the platform fee that was stamped on the order.
• A refunded ticket is no longer valid for entry. A partial refund leaves the ticket in place.

The platform fee is described for organizers in the pricing for the plan they are on. The fee on your order is the one in effect when the order was placed.

How to ask
