Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Myriad Technology Group, LLC ("Quest", "we"). Quest is a platform. Organizers sell tickets to their events. Attendees buy those tickets. Quest is not the organizer of the events listed on the site.

Accounts

You must be able to form a contract. Creating an account means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy . Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Tickets

An organizer sets the event, the ticket types, and the price. When you pay, Quest charges the order total through Stripe. Quest does not store your card number. Your ticket is the confirmation and the code we email you. A ticket is for entry to that event, and the organizer decides how entry works.

Fees and refunds

Quest charges organizers a platform fee, described in the Refund Policy . Organizers set their own refund rules for an event. When an order is refunded in full, Quest reverses its platform fee. A partial refund keeps the fee that was charged on the original order. Stripe processes the payment and the refund.

Organizer content

Organizers are responsible for the events, descriptions, and images they upload. They must have the rights to that material. See the Organizer Agreement . To report copyrighted material, follow the DMCA notice process . Myriad Technology Group, LLC will terminate the accounts of organizers who repeatedly upload material after a valid notice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to access another organization's data, or interfere with checkout, check-in, or other attendees. We may suspend an account that does.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes what we collect and who we share it with. The service is not directed to children under 13.

Disclaimers and liability

Events are run by their organizers. Quest does not control the venue, the schedule, or whether an event happens. To the extent the law allows, Myriad Technology Group, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid Quest for the order the claim is about.
